Reflexology
$65.49

Reflexology at Mshkiki Medicine Basket is a gentle, restorative therapy that supports relaxation, circulation, and the body’s natural ability to rebalance. Every session works all body systems through specific reflex points on the feet, encouraging overall well‑being and ease throughout the body.

As a certified member of the Reflexology Association of Canada, following RAC professional mandates and standards of practice. Specializing in supporting the digestive system, the parasympathetic and sympathetic nervous systems, and the lymphatic system. These systems often play a key role in stress response, flow, and overall balance. Every appointment remains a full‑body Reflexology session tailored to your unique goals and comfort.

Sessions begin with a health history (completed in session or by email), followed by a warm foot cleanse and a gentle assessment of the feet. Reflex points are then worked using precise pressure techniques based on your needs. The session concludes with lotion or oil application and soothing lower‑leg and foot relaxation techniques, designed to calm the tissues, support grounding, and complete the therapeutic experience. Time is provided at the end to review the therapy and discuss session planning.

Clients often report feeling deeply relaxed, grounded, and more balanced, with a renewed sense of overall wellness.

Cedar Foot Soak
$32.97

Begin your session with a restorative Cedar Foot Soak crafted with Mshkiki’s own Cedar Hydrosol and freshly gathered cedar boughs. This warm, aromatic infusion softens the feet, encourages natural circulation, and creates a deep sense of calm before your treatment begins. Cedar’s grounding and cleansing qualities help ease tension, quiet the nervous system, and support emotional balance.

After the soak, gentle lower‑leg and foot techniques are applied to further relax the tissues and prepare the body for deeper rest. Reflexology may be incorporated to stimulate reflex points, promote relaxation, and support the body’s natural ability to rebalance. The Face behind the Hands -About

I am a holistic wellness practitioner and a member of Timiskaming First Nation, I acknowledge that I live and work within Treaty 9, on the traditional territory of the Cree, Moose Cree, and Anishinaabe Peoples. I honour the land, the ancestors, and the ongoing responsibilities that come with being in relationship with this territory.

My practice, M’shki Ki Medicine Basket, is grounded in land‑based Indigenous knowledge, clinical training, and a commitment to practical, accessible care.

I am a Registered Canadian Reflexology Therapist (RCRT™), Licensed Reflexology Teacher (LRCT), a Certified Clinical Aromatherapist, and an Approved Reflexology Lymph Drainage Practitioner.

I worked extensively in administrative law, community safety, and emergency management before entering the wellness field. I’ve always been an advocate for the underdog, and that background shaped the way I practice today — with precision, ethics, humanity, advocacy, and a deep respect for confidentiality and client safety.

My healing journey began after being diagnosed with arachnoiditis in my early 30s. As my mobility declined, being on the other side of the system showed me even more how easily people are overlooked or dismissed, and it strengthened my lifelong commitment to advocacy — which pushed me toward land‑based healing and a more holistic way of living and working.

I work with clients experiencing lymphatic drainage issues, digestive concerns, chronic pain, swelling, long‑term conditions, and individuals who have recently undergone surgery. My practice includes harvesting local cedar and creating my own cedar hydrosol and cedar essential oil, allowing me to integrate land‑based elements in a grounded and meaningful way.

My path forward is grounded in advocacy, healing, and the resilience that has shaped my life. I am committed to breaking the mold, challenging what no longer serves me, and supporting others as they reclaim their strength and wellness.
